Redesigning MacQuarie's Online Banking Experience
I played a pivotal role in MacQuarie Bank's significant transition towards online digital tools, helping to design a sleek, modern custom-built online banking portal. Collaborating closely with the Design Director and Executive Designers throughout this extensive rebranding effort, I immersed myself in refining the user experience and enhancing personal banking functionalities across various responsive layouts.

Best practice is a key focus when designing complex systems
My focus revolved around implementing best practices in form design, ensuring seamless interactions for users navigating the platform. Embracing a mobile-first approach, I dedicated considerable effort to optimising the portal's performance on handheld devices, recognising the growing importance of mobile banking in today's digital landscape.
Constant communication with the UX and Development departments facilitated a smooth transition of ideas and information. By bridging the gap between design concepts and technical implementation, I helped ensure that the vision for the online banking portal translated seamlessly into reality.
Moreover, my involvement extended beyond design tasks to encompass the creation of comprehensive presentation documentation for MacQuarie Bank stakeholders. These materials articulated the benefits of our design decisions, fostering buy-in and support for the project across various levels of the organization.
